Liked: Rooms and bathrooms appeared clean but very small. Staff at check in was pleasant. Balconies are a nice addition. Parking was easy.
Disliked: We paid the extra for breakfast & they ran out of most options by 9:00am. I would personally skip the breakfast next time. We were then charged extra for breakfast & didn't recieve what we ordered. Waiting to hear a solution for this. There is some type of train station near by and it runs all day/night, it was pretty loud.

Disliked: the front desk staff has no initiative to help the guest to check in earlier.

A bit inconvenient due to...

Disliked: When I got to my room, the first thing I saw was that someone had been lying on the made bed - the pillow was ruffled and the bedspread was disheveled. An afternooner, perhaps? Good on you, mate, but not good for me! The desk clerk was quick to issue me another room, which was fine.

Disliked: I didn’t like that the restaurant was out of menu items…for the entire week I was there.seems like the ordering of items is off. Caesar salad should be made of romaine not chopped iceberg. Food was expensive and should be right.No turkey on the TBClub??? Not sure what that’s about.
