I never got to stay...

Disliked: I never got to stay because booking.com sold me a room and after the hotel called and said I had no room because they were sold out. I got screwed out of my money

Liked: The bed was super comfy, lovely room, and dependable location and accommodation for our needs. It was a lovely lobby, there was plentiful parking, easy to reach.
Disliked: Unfortunately, there was no bar soap in the room for hand washing. It was a little hard to reach for the fixed body wash in the shower each time, so went downstairs to ask for some bar soap. When I did so, they said they didn't have any, it was on back order. (there was also no body lotion - but that is not such a big deal - just something we usually expect for our travel so that we don't bring or buy) Perhaps next time just letting people know ahead of time when they check in would be great so that they know. I bought a bar of soap at a local drugstore, and left it there. Also, when we were checking out at the front desk, my husband asked for a cup of water just to quickly take a medication, as we were leaving. Usually, there is some water or a fountain in the lobby, which we didn't see. The person at the desk said that she didn't have a cup or water, which surprised me. Perhaps a water fountain or a small cooler of water in the lobby for future would be great. Alternatively, supplying a cup of water quickly to the person for the medication would be nice. Other than these things, our stay was very nice. Just some suggestions to make stay a little more accommodating. Thank you.
