Liked: Friendly and accommodating staff. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms which was very nice, the hotel is currently under renovation.

Liked: It was mostly clean
Disliked: I had a reservation for two adults and two kids. It was a King suite with a pull out. We had to get the fourth towel and wash cloth. Then when getting the sofa bed ready we had to go back down stairs and get the bedding for it. They didn’t have a blanket ready so they had to bring one up. Only gave us one pillow not two. There is no phone in the room to call the desk. When I called the office, the number never rang. It was a very inconvenient experience over all.

Liked: Newly updated very clean room. Top of the line mattress. There was some renovation going on....none interfering with the guest experience.
Disliked: None.
