Liked: The location was perfectRoom APPEARED cleanBathroom was clean
Disliked: It was not clean and it sounded like there were squirrels in the walls.The employees were not very nice and did not provide assistance and prepared the room with dirty linen.

Didn’t like at all

Disliked: I booked four nights but only stayed a few hours. I got there and just immediately didn’t feel comfortable. Outside facilities were rough looking, room was small and not very clean. I checked in and within an hour went to front desk and asked for refund, they did provide that so that’s my positive but I did end up going to a new hotel shortly after check In

Liked: location and quality of location. The hot breakfast is great as well.
Disliked: no

Liked: Breakfast was okay no complaints. I like the layout of the room. Staff were nice. Hotel is okay.
Disliked: The floors and tub wasn’t clean. I don’t like when the housekeepers rush through the rooms because they do miss important things. The rooms should be inspected by management before marking the rooms ready. They also should be wiped down with disinfectant wipes before exiting the room. The rooms should always be vacuumed even if it looks clean. Still vacuum please. I didn’t like that 12:01pm the housekeeper knocked on my room door to ask if we were checking out or not. That didn’t sit well with me.

Disliked: Shower had very little water pressure.Room could have been cleaner. Carpet seemed dirty. The hotel just seemed “tired”

Liked: It was in the perfect location. The guy that checked me in was very nice.
Disliked: It was dirty. The room was sooo hot. I was given the option to move to another room, that was just as dirty so I just stayed in my original room, and went and bought a fan, and bedding. As the bedding on the beds had many stains and was dingy looking! The elevator was dirty, bee hives in our ac/heat unit along with lots of dirt. Our bathroom was full of hair.. our windows were so dirty you could hardly see out of them… 10/10 would NOT recommend. Only plus was the guy that checked us in. Super nice. He was the only staff member I came in contact with and he was great!
