Small touches matter

Liked: The location
Disliked: I have stayed here in the past and had no complaints. However, this time, I was unhappy. My initial room was not clean. There was trash and eyelashes on the floor. The carpet was nasty, and the tub was not clean. I was moved to another room immediately. However, I just felt uncomfortable. The bedsheets were old and ripped. The hotel could use new sheets and linen, deep clean the carpets, and deep clean the bathroom. If I was able to get my money back, I would have gotten a new hotel. The staff was great, no complaints

Disliked: The Continental breakfast was horrible no bread no bagels,cereal was steal ,coffee full of grinds found mc Donald wrappers next to bed wasn't stocked with toilet paper ,shampoo soap normal things that are supplied .ppl out in parking lot drinkn alcohol throwing bottles and can all over parking lot ,ppl getting high in plain sight for
