Liked: The bed was semi comfy.
Disliked: The bathroom tub was peeling, the sink broke and wouldn’t drain, the staff was not helpful.

Disliked: I wasn’t told about a deposit until I arrived at the hotel. I was told I would get my deposit back as soon as I checked out. It’s been a week and still no deposit returned to me yet. Not very happy at all.

Disliked: the breakfast could of been better the potatoes taste stale and the breads was hard and it needs better items and also everytime i book this hotel the pool is always closed

Liked: It was close to the freeway and the venue I needed to attend.
Disliked: The hotel was clearly run down. Someof the staff was a bit incompetent. There was something going on with their card machine. They charged me for my stay, but then came back saying I needed to charge again because it wasn’t showing on their end. I was not the only person who had this issue. Then their elevator was broken, and they tried to put our family; which included my 70 year old mother in a room on the third floor. I insisted they find one on the 1st or 2nd floor. I booked a room with two beds. They put us in a suite with one bed and a pull out couch. When I went back down to ask for the sheets for the couch, I was told they could not give me the sheets because that was not the type of room I booked. After cussing very loudly, because the manager on duty would not come out, o was given the sheets. The carpet had a huge stain; one or the French doors for the bedroom was missing. AND to make matters worst. The next day, someone came knocking on our door saying they did not show us being in the room. Apparently, they never changed the room number in their system, from when I had them switch our room. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with this stay. If I ever need to be in that area again, I will not be returning.

Disliked: It was a little dirty, random weird signs up all over the place, tub was still dirty and had hair in it, didn’t have a snack bar like it advertised etc

Liked: The first room they gave us was not cleaned or ready. No big deal - they gave us another room, but there was crumbs around the bed and not enough toilet paper.
