Disappointing

Liked: check in was pleasant
Disliked: carpet in room was dirty, stained, wet and sticky

Will not come back or...

Liked: Soggy eggs, ground in the coffee daily, soggy potatoes.
Disliked: I stayed for 5 days. No one cleaned or called to. No fresh towels, i had to ask. I bought soap because all that was given where 2 hand soap bars.Ants, at the desk and fridge.tbat was notified by email, broken office chair and ironing board both pictures sent to the email. Noone came to look or ask. I told the front desk this at check out.

It was okay if I...

Liked: The room was nice. Had a few type smell but not overwhelming
Disliked: The staff was not informative. The property had policy changers typed on printer paper that conflicted with a information on the website. I am referring to the deposit amount. Also the property tried to enforce a check out of 11am even though booking.com, and there regular website said the check out was 13pm and I also received a text message reminding me check out was 12 pm. When I pointed this out to the staff that kept knocking on my door she proceeded to argue with me and tell me that booking.cm was wrong. After we checked out I went to the front desk and showed her the text message I received and the same staff continued to argue with me saying the text was not from them and it was wrong.

Pleasant

Liked: Good location. Close to airport.. Check in was smooth.
Disliked: Hotel was OK. Only cleaned very three days so we never got a room cleaning while there. Never came by with any clean towels. Had to go down to front desk to get them twice. Advertisement stated there was an airport shuttle but when we got there they didn't have one.

Disgraceful

Liked: The place is disgusting and the one guy at the desk will steal your money and when I went back to try to get my money they stole from my debit card the guy acted like it was already paid..it's disgusting..the rooms are not clean either .the sheetz are so dingy that they have never seen bleach or that commercial washer apparently...wouldn't advise anyone to stay

The hotel was gross.

Liked: The size of the room was nice and the hotel being able to accommodate my family on short notice was awesome.
Disliked: The one luggage cart that they had was MacGyver'd together making it very wobbly and hard to maneuver. We had two rooms and we had to clean the bathtubs for both rooms as they were dirty and grey. My sister went to the welcome desk for towels and the man said he only had hand towels then proceeded to give her unfolded hand towels with hair on them. One room (the one I stayed in) had mold, that you could smell, growing from the vent which is terrible for my and my nephew's asthma and had black beans and rice on the floor. The other room had a rubber band and plastic bag over the smoke detector. Also, the breakfast was terrible.
