The staff was great about...

Disliked: I didn't stay the night I RSVP do to them not refunding my money back to my card .(heres my story My heat stop working (Feb 15th 2024) when I thought I booked for that night it was for (March 15th) instead they took the money off my card when I got to hotel they notified me that there was no reservation for Feb 15th so I had to pay for that night more money that night so yeah I paid for a night that I didn't use

Our stay experience

Liked: Easy to check-in and breakfast was nice
Disliked: There were someone's fake eye lashes still in the bathroom and a dirty cloth in one of the drawers.
