Other than the front desk...

Liked: The location was perfect for us as we were headed to Kentucky. The breakfast was good, beds were comfortable and clean.
Disliked: The front desk staff, when we checked in, was the least helpful front desk person I’ve ever come across. She told us she wasn’t from there and had nothing to offer, knew where nothing was and wasn’t willing to investigate anything. There was another woman registering before us and the agent never made eye contact with her. Very strange.
