Guests staying at Connaught Lodge can enjoy free membership for Best Western Plus The Connaught Hotel's Bluewater Spa which features a 20 yard swimming pool and adjoining spa pool gym sauna steam room 4 deluxe beauty and massage therapy suites and a relaxation lounge. Also located in the sister hotel are the Gin Bar serving over 100 different gins and the award-winning AA Rosette Connaught Brasserie which uses fresh local produce wherever possible. Pleasant stay

Liked: It was clean and the main area was nicely decorated
Disliked: The finish in the room and bathroom needs addressing

Excellent location, good value for...

Liked: The food choices was excellent. One guest in my party was gluten free and another vegetarian . Booth guest had ample choices for breakfast
Disliked: Being located in the annex building and then Having to walk through the garden to access the main hotel and the spa facilities

Pleasant

Liked: Breakfast was tasty with lots of choice.The Leisure Area was really good.There was a car park which we could use.Short walk to the beach and town centre 10-15 minutes.
Disliked: The lodge was dated compared with the main hotel and rooms small.The cleaner turned up really early in order that she did not then have to clean the room as we were not actually up yet.
