The systems are a mess...

Liked: Facilities were reasonably good - but they appear to have staff shortages - frequently reception desks are unmanned.
Disliked: Limited parking.Four time I had to go to reception to have my room key replaced because they had messed up the group booking. This level on inconvenience spoiled my stay.

Liked: We loved that we could relax in the lounge and the spa and that it was walking walking distance to the beach. We were very aware of the staff being extra helpful and courteous.
Disliked: We found the drinks and food too expensive.The shower in our room was very noisy making a knocking noise

Liked: The breakfast is well served and very tasty. Sauna is ok
Disliked: Not a place for a mom with kids They will do everything to complicate your life they will do. The pool is not for kids as the shallow part of the pool is 1m . If the kids does know how swim you will be stuck unable to use the other facilities as saunas or steamer. The kid also can’t use the jacuzzi and they have only selected times when kids are allowed at the spa facility. Unable to book any treatments as they have no availability.
