Horrible and nothing like the...

Liked: Nothing. The room was dirty. Burn holes on furniture. The mattress had stains. The room numbers on door were taped up with masking tapes some had the room number written in pen on tape. There was no ironing board, no hair dryer, no shower cap. The remote did not work. There was no telephone in the room. When I called front desk from my personal cell phone, no one would answer the call. The lamp shades were dirty and stained and had holes in them. There was a bad smell in room and hallways of hotel. Upon arrival there was no sign outside or on hotel buildings of the hotel name. When I asked the front desk why there is no sign with the Hotel name, she replied “because management is too cheap, and they don’t wanna spend extra money.” The curtain was broken. The mesh window screen was torn. Part of the wall was peeling. At breakfast the container with French toast was spitting out hot water that was leaking all over the floor. The half and half cups were expired from March 6th. There was no soda in the room. Just a bench with no arm rests.

Liked: The staff is awesome, these people will go above and beyond to make sure your comfortable.
Disliked: The pool is still under construction, would have been nice to know that before we booked at the price

Liked: My room was supposed to be ready for check-in at 2 o'clock. The woman at the front desk promised me that it would be ready after I waited an hour it's still wasn't ready. It finally became available at 3:30. I checked into my room an hour went by and it w
Disliked: I did not like the customer service. I thought there was a big lack in knowledge. I was trying to stay there while I visited family for Easter. It was a horrible experience and I will not be returning. I think a refund would be due.
