Fix the elevator

Liked: Our room was clean and the lady that is servicing the breakfast is super helpful and sweet to my kids.
Disliked: No elevator, we had to use the stairs carrying up our heavy suitcases. This was a big let down for me.

Liked: The staff was friendly and welcoming
Disliked: The bed was very hard and no shampoo in the dispenser

Liked: Kind staff, big room, good location for rainbow springs, good breakfast. Overall good price-benefit option
Disliked: Elevator not working but staff was friendly enough to apologize, arrange nearby room and explain shortest way.

Liked: Really big rooms, clean. Typical American breakfast.
Disliked: Rooms are older and have seen better times. But it is clean!
