5 star would stay there...
Liked: The Staff with braids who worked 5/2/25 upon our arrival Had Excellent Customer Service.And also the cleanliness of the hotel upon entering was Outstanding A fine Gentlemen who we took up under our wings with picture taking was so very helpful throughout our stay.
Disliked: It was what we Expected for stay of the weekend

Disappointing
Disliked: Pool was too cold and it needed cleaned badly!! The pull out bed mattress was disgusting and it was not made.

Disliked: Everything. It smelled like marijuana, the phone didn’t work, the tv remote didn’t work, people were blasting music right outside my window at 11:30 PM. I cancelled my second night which interfered greatly with the purpose of my trip.

Not very good.Poor service.
Liked: First impression was horrible. Trash overflowing. Broken glass/plastic in parking lot. Reception area was ok. Couldn’t really understand the lady. My check in time was supposed to be 12 and that is what was confirmed on email. Hotel told me to come back at 3!
Disliked: The bed was caving in in the middle. I called the front desk and told the lady that checked me in she as always was very short and just said “ok”. Didn’t bother to ask me if I wanted a different room. So I packed up and checked out early. Hopefully I get a refund.
