Disliked: The facilities were horrible. Bugs in the room. The room was NOT Cleaned! Bathroom had spiders and bugs running around. The room smelled awful! We changed rooms one time but it was only a little better. NOT MUCH!

Liked: Not much, but they did comp one night due to the homeless man in my room
Disliked: The smell of mold when I checked in and the fact doors do not automatically close and lock. Security needs a lot of work. Homeless people are roaming the hotels and are looking for rooms that are open. I had a homeless man in my room because the door did not fully close, so check your doors to make sure they close

Liked: Price was ok
Disliked: It was really bad experience - the power was out for more 7 hours and we had to scramble to get ready for the wedding we were attending. The hotel was not directly responsible since it was a storm that caused it but we were never offered anything to reimburse us for the trouble . Also one of the cars on the parking lot was vandalized overnight.

a friendly, comfortable stay

Liked: i enjoyed the location where it was in the middle of everything. i only ever had to drive 10-15 minutes to go to places in the surrounding area. the hotel was very clean & secure. the breakfast was really good & had many options from cereal, eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, danishes, bagels, yogurt, fruit. the staff was welcoming & friendly. this is the nicest hotel i have ever stayed at.
Disliked: they are very short staffed at the front desk. i tried calling to ask for the wifi password & after 10 minutes just went downstairs to get it. that was the only issue i had but it was very minimal & understanding.
