Liked: I enjoyed the morning breakfast, and staff was very helpful or willing to help. Wifi was decent as well.
Disliked: Honestly I had a good stay here.

Disliked: Need. Hot tub and the pool close to early it should close for kids at 9 and adults at 11 cause I didn’t get a chance to swim cause of the kids.

Disliked: They don’t offer room service , you have to make several request but no one shows up , I was booked for 3 nights but left after 2 nights because I could not handle it , you will be stuck with dirty towels all your stay . No one answer the phone , I called from the airport to get the shuttle but no one answered I had to take taxi

Liked: The property wasn’t far from the Venue we were attending.. and the room was very spacious
Disliked: We checked in the hotel with no power…. The front desk claims it would be back on soon!We did not shower or could we iron our clothes for the evening event!

Great experience, clean, friendly, great...

Liked: We experienced a power outage in the region during our stay. The staff handled is well. Very friendly and upbeat. They gave us lights to carry to our rooms. They really made the visit one to remember positively.
Disliked: The breakfast was ok. Having a fresh fruit salad and some fresher baked goods, as well as a variety from one day to the next for the eggs, etc. juice was watered down too. And the dining area was not as clean as it should be - sides of the tables specifically were sticky.
