Liked: Very clean and close to airport.
Disliked: The road was torn up on the city street.

Liked: Room was great, bed was comfy and they booked the shuttle for the next day. We we left with no luggage and the front staff provided essential toiletries to get us through the night.
Disliked: The breakfast was not appetizing. We had to wait for food since they ran out. And had to ask for a yogurt since fridge was empty.

Exceptional

Liked: Very friendly staff. Good value for the price-had two separate large beds for a price where other properties usually offer one queen bed. The best part was an airport shuttle-we felt peace of mind and saved money/time since they offered a ride whenever we needed a ride. We used this one to get to the airport to pick up a rental car. We loved the place so much so we extended our stay for an extra night at the desk. They do free parking.

Unsanitary, Unwelcoming, poor quality.

Liked: I liked how close our room was to the side entrance.
Disliked: Nothing was working properly. The staff did not help assist with any problems that came up. As simple as asking for a spare set of batteries for the dead remote. We had toilet paper wads stuck all over our ceiling. When we asked about check out times, breakfast and other amenities, we were quickly answered with “I’m not sure”. We went to swim in the pool, after confirming it was in service, to find that the light fixtures were hanging in the water. The hot tub had musty, standing water, and NOTHING was clean. Dirty linens everywhere, garbage, and just unsanitary. While packing our vehicle up at 8:00AM to get ready to checkout, cleaning staff barged in our room demanding we tell them when we were gonna be out, and stormed off when we didn’t have an exact time. Do not recommend!! We stay at a lot of hotels due to frequent traveling and our children, this was one of the worst places we’ve been to.
