Everything was good. Great hotel.

Liked: Nice.

The hotel is clean but is in need of some repairs. The bathroom is very dated and had paint peeling. I do have to say it was thoroughly clean and spacious. Dogs are allowed which is why I booked this hotel. Bed was comfortable.

Liked: The grounds and rooms were very clean and it was affordable.
Disliked: We had a room right next to the back entrance. All night there was a lot of in and out, in and out, causing a lack of sleep.

I will never stay at...

Liked: Front desk staff: Amber & Kyeeshia (I am uncertain of the spelling) were the best. Amber checked in me & my family on 4/15/24 around 4 pm. I called the hotel because we got a little lost but she provided directions & stayed on the phone with me until I arrived. She was very pleasant. Kyeeshia was exceptionally friendly, gave suggestions, & informed us when the pool was available. I’m uncertain if I’m spelling her name correctly but she is originally from Rochester, NY & has dreadlocks.
Disliked: 1. My mother left her purse in the room during check out on 4/17 & spoke with the GM the same day. He stated he didn’t know if anything was in the lost & found but would call me back. He called back on 4/19 stating the purse was turned in. I informed him that I would be returning to the area on 4/21 & he stated the manager would give me the purse. When I arrived at the property, the manager stated she didn’t know anything about a purse & that the GM’s office is locked. After a few tense minutes of conversation, she looked in the front desk area & found the purse. She asked me for the room number & then gave me the purse. She did not ask for my ID nor conducted any verification check to ensure she was giving the purse to the correct person. She seemed annoyed with the entire situation & the entire encounter was unprofessional & unpleasant. 2. I called the hotel today (4/22) & informed them ALL of the cards are missing from the wallet. I am certain I spoke with the same manager because she sounded annoyed. “Well I don’t see any cards lying around here.” - that’s a direct quote. She “apologized” for the inconvenience & told me to cancel the cards. She did not give the impression that she would inform the GM of my complaint regarding the missing cards. 3. My incidentals” charge was not returned to my card.4. The only ice machine that worked was on the 2nd floor & our rooms were on the 4th floor. 5. The doors leading to the stairwell loudly SLAM shut. 6. The fitness center is extremely small. There are 3 exercise machines crammed into the space. It would be impossible for 3 people to exercise in the fitness center at the same time. I’m a runner (5K, 10K, & half marathon races) & I train 4-5 days a week even on vacation. But the smallness of fitness center gave me anxiety so I couldn’t use the treadmill & I didn’t feel safe running in the area.

Liked: The room size was nice and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: 1st day breakfast was cold 2nd day the breakfast was much better. The pool was not able to be used and that was main reason we stayed there. Our Toilet was loose and when you set on it felt like it was moving.

I didn’t stay that long...

Liked: The hotel shuttle run often. I was very lucky to only wait 5 minutes to get the shuttle to the hotel at midnight. The hotel just changed out the towels. it’s nice, new,soft and whites.
Disliked: I know I booked last minute when I misses my connecting flight. the price was $160 per night for this kind of hotel is a little bit pricey, my room door has a big gap on the side but i still can lock it. I had to tuck face tissues to close the gap.
