Disliked: My key card did not work for my room, I had to be let in with an actual key, I couldn't leave my room because I wouldn't be able to get back in. There was "one replacement room available but it smelled bad", which was told to me by the desk clerk. The heavy curtains only framed the window, didn't cover the window at all and there was bright light coming through the window at night from very bright parking lot lighting making it seem as though it were like daylight outside. Hard to sleep with that light coming through the window. There was only "antenna television" and most channels didn't catch well, kept freezing. For the price I paid of almost $160. I didn't think it was worth that price, all these things considered. Very disappointed and will never stay at that location again.

Liked: Good location easy access to the places I needed to go while I was in town
Disliked: The bed was a little worn out, and for me personally, it was low and hard to get out of. I needed an accessible room because I have some mobility issues. The bathroom was good, even though the showerhead was hard to work with.

Disappointed and disgusted

Disliked: The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. The parking lot was more of a truck stop, the interior is very poor and uncleaned / un managed . The rooms through out the hallway to our room were open with no one in there . The room was disgusting, stains everywhere, the door was busted, the walls were covered in what appeared to be mud , the toilet did not work . There was someone else’s urine on the bathroom toilet. Felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. We attempted to see if there was another room but was told it was the only room available. We had no other others but to leave , especially paying full price for a room with a non working toilet.
