Hotel of Nightmares

Disliked: The staff barely speaks English, didn’t capture my phone number correctly. It’s not pet friendly. Fire department came because elevator broke down. They said it’s the worst in the area. Pool closed for health code violations. My family and I are in transition to buy a house within a week or so, and I work overnights during weekends. I returned at noon to be greeted by a police officer and manager. I had to leave within three hours! Nasty attitude from manager. “Room damages”? Per my attorney, I took photos and am ready for litigation if needed. Judge for yourselves. Horrendous experience. Do not go!

Liked: Hospitality and food were good. Staff is very nice. And breakfast was decent
Disliked: My first room had a hole in the wall, the toilet wouldn’t flush and there were two crosses on the head board of the bed. It seems like the crosses were done in some sort of wax

Horrific

Liked: Absolutely nothing , staff wasn’t friendly, they lied about the pool and when we got their it was closed for a so called inspection, then the gym was also closed due to broken equipment, the second floor has roaches and the garbages on the 3 fl laundry room wasn’t emptied from Thursday till Sunday when I checked out and it still wasn’t taken out , laundry room had wet clothes sitting on the counter for days , by the 3rd day the halls smelt like rotten and mold from the clothes and garbage. On the 3 night of my stay I asked for a extra roll of toilet paper and wasn’t given any I had to go buy my own . And when I asked for extra clean towels I was denied that as well . The staff was rude and overall my stay was a complete nightmare…

Disliked: Was dirty... The elevator was bad without some down button... The bedroom curtains don't close so we saw lights during the night.

Convenient and cheap but NOTHING...

Disliked: The owners were rude, no one notified anyone that the pool was not in operation, so people were showing up ready to check in and learned this information. It was a busy weekend so really hard to rebook.
