Liked: The location is easy to get to and is close to events and many food options. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Internet didn't work entire stay and staff was aware per other folks reporting. However, they were clueless as if it was being worked on, what the root cause might be, ETA for resolution, or if ot gad even been reported for address. Staff came across inexperienced or poorly trained; they seemed to struggle with situations such as using multiple cards to pay the bill, the internet issue & how to handle a maintenance issue in our room. Breakfast options were limited, stale, and/or a bit aged. Room was a bit run down as drapes were a struggle just to open even a bit and the sofa was worn and dirty.

Disliked: Bathtub needs a non slip surface. My husband fell in the shower.
