Lives up to its name!

Liked: Clean, comfy bed, shuttle to Mayo

Disliked: Kuerig didn't work. Lack of towels

Liked: We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beds are some of the comfiest hotel beds I’ve ever slept in with plenty of extra pillows. Check out is noon which is very much appreciated. Hot breakfast eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, cereal, waffles and more. Staff was very friendly. We will be back!

Liked: A lot of malfunctioning equipment within the facility. Including the doors and no hot water throughout outer stay. The hotel itself is clean, the pool and hot tub was clean and our room was clean. Customer service was excellent. I was told I would get some sort of refund yesterday. Will see if that shows up or not.

Great place to stay with...

Liked: We LOVED the fact that there was a free shuttle to Mayo Clinic--especially with all the construction going on. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!
