Liked: The room we stayed was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: The hotel needs update. The breakfast area looks like it's old. It needs a complete overhaul. We saw some outsiders hanging around in the parking lot. The elevator switch on the second floor was taped over, the inside of the elevator was not clean.

The hotel is cool, but...

Liked: The property had good breakfast and coffee available all day and night.
Disliked: The staff’s attitude. Particularly the lady who worked the night of my stay. She didn’t have on a name tag and did not introduce herself. She refused to give me and my kids more towels. How do you rent a room for six people and get towels for two and then refuse to wash or give additional towels. It’s so sad that they did this. It’s horrible. My kids had to dry off with smaller towels.
