Liked: Location best feature.
Disliked: Restaurant small with limited menu. Staff unfriendly and not cooperative Rooms were not cleaned properly on a daily basis. One of the rooms was more like a cupboard. Tiny. Smaller than a university accommodation room.

Disliked: Room was not available at 13.00 to 14.00 hrs despite early arrival request. Confusion at reception about this.

Lovely, relaxing stay.

Liked: Really lovely room - looked like it had been redone since I last stayed there. Excellent location.
Disliked: There are only two small lifts, which could be an issue in busier times, if people have lots of luggage etc but in all honesty it was fairly quiet when I was there.

Liked: beware we booked a twin room and they dodnt follow threw with it and gave us a small double and no late checkout we requested pretty poor and the hotel is next to a building site horrid
Disliked: the lady on the front desk was so rude and horrid

Liked: The hotel was in a great location for shopping and show at the palladium. Very friendly and helpful staff Bond Street underground station next door
Disliked: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like during my stay.
