Liked: The hotel staff is wonderful, very nice and very helpful. If you forgot your plug adapter you will find it at the reception. The location of the hotel is a very big plus, close to the palace, metro and restaurants. the district is very safe. It was my first time in this hotel but definitely not the last.

Liked: Silent Rooms. Staff Helpfull and Kind.
Disliked: Room is small and dark. Can not open windows. Air condition heater is not working efficiently. 50 Pounds Deposit is charged saying it is in the fine print.
