Disliked: Stayed 5 days only clean our room once, they gave us linen to change our own beds.

Liked: The location and parking.
Disliked: The room wasn't ready. Check it time. Nets were flying around in the lobby area. Where the chairs where's. The room was fine, and the beds were okay. Food could have been cooked better, especially the meat. Check out went well. The staff didn't speak to the customer once they entered the lobby. Or acknowledge the guest who was waiting for help. At least speak to us so we will feel welcome. That's great customer service. I didn't take photos. I did a video to show that no damages occurred for my record.

Disliked: Our total bill was $688, they had a hold on $835 when I arrived. At check in they said I had to pay $440. Desk clerk treated me like dirt because my card was declined. I said release the hold and I can pay you. She was disrespectful and rude. Free breakfast was bad ( except the apples) and the one elevator is slow. A/C makes a high pitched squeak that is like nails on a chalkboard. Red velvet chair with some kind of stain , we never touched it. We called it the sex chair

Liked: Was close to my dads place in the Bronx and the hotel rooms are nice and clean
Disliked: The house keeping staff are extremely loud when they speak in the corridors cleaning. Their walky talkys should not be blaring loud when there’s people still asleep in bed. It very much interrupted my son’s nap and even telling them once to turn it down and to be a little more respectful to kids that are sleeping, they are still bashing about their equipment in the hallways. Just be mindful people are still sleeping between 8-12!
