I really liked my stay

Liked: There is a very good sense of security
Disliked: The lighting system in the bathroom was not good automatically switching off and the bid was a bit uncomfortable

Great Value - extremely clean...

Liked: We were bringing our Shift Commander to a Yankees game for his retirement gift. Was planning on staying in Manhattan but prices were off the charts. Read the reviews about this location found some of the humorous based on being in the Bronx. However the hotel was great and everyone that said very clean - very spacious were spot on. Staff very helpful. Parking was way better than I expected. For the cost this is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in.
Disliked: I wouldn’t say didn’t like. Walking to the subway is interesting but hey it’s the Bronx and I don’t mean that disrespectfully. Just need to know your environment. People were nice when we asked for directions.

Disliked: Booking's advertisement for this property is deceiving. You advertise parking is available and hide the charge a few links deep. The way guests are informed of the charge is by a direct threat of tow right upon checkin, feels just like extortion.Also, the staff keeps their kids in the lobby, running around being loud...AVOID AT ALL COSTS Nothing to like here. Dirty rooms in a dangerous neighborhood and rude staff.

Liked: Parking was great.
Disliked: Breakfast needed yogurt with favor like strawberry and beef or turkey sausage. My family does not eat pork.

Stay at Comfort Inn

Liked: It was a nice hotel compared to the one I usually stay at on Broadway, but I’m able to walk around and stay out late at the one on Broadway, which I couldn’t really do at the Comfort Inn. If you Uber in and out or drive, it’s perfectly safe. I even rode the bus on some days and had no issues, and it was during the daytime. I always had uber rides if it’s late. I was initially worried about the facility because it’s in the Bronx, but it’s actually not near the rough area. It’s kind of by itself near the entrance, which was good. It was clean, and the staff were friendly. There was easy access to Columbia University, which was the reason for my trip.
Disliked: Over all I think it’s okay. I read some negative reviews but I had different experiences. For me it wasn’t bad compared to most hotels I stayed at.
