Disliked: The pillows are terrible. I have a sore neck because of how bad the pillows are. I would recommend patrons bring their own pillow from home.

Liked: It was close to where we needed to be.
Disliked: The pics of the pool are .misleading. it's smaller than what we thought it was gonna be, and could use some tlc. Also, the cleaning products the use for the room had a weird smell. The other parents on the team agreed.

Disliked: Evening staff was preoccupied on a video call and very dismissive during checkin. The elevators are filthy and smell.

Liked: Hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was perfect for my young family and the breakfast in the morning was perfect for my young family.
Disliked: Honestly, have nothing to say about not liking our stay was great.
