Liked: The room was clean and very comfortable.
Disliked: Not that anything was bad per se, just wish it was closer to The Potters House, in which we were there to attend.

I enjoyed the late breakfast and late checkout that was available.

Liked: Friendly people.
Disliked: None.

Only book if you’re desperate.

Liked: It was close to the events we had planned for the weekend.
Disliked: It was HORRIBLE. The electronic lock malfunctioned so we couldn’t get into our room. It wouldn’t have been a huge deal had it not been 9:45pm and everyone was tired. It took the staff two hours to get the room opened so we could get our belongings. The first alternate room they put us in smelled like stale cigarette smoke and the floor tiles were broken (I literally kicked a piece of tile across the floor as soon as I walked in the room). The second alternate room was fine. With a name like “Medical-Market Center” we fully expected to see families and traveling nurses. What we saw was mostly drunk construction workers. The kids couldn’t even use the swimming pool because there were several men in the pool drinking beer after beer.

Liked: Location, clean, large room
Disliked: Lobby smelled bad & didn’t seem clean; old, bathroom had old discolored caulk & grout, the shower floor was spongy and patched, shower was awkward (shower head in the middle of shower and sprayed toward curtain and all over the floor). Doors were old, cracked, chipped paint, and thin (could hear everyone’s shower going when walking down the hall).

Liked: The breakfast was great!
Disliked: Well in our room our fire alarm was covered up like someone had been smoking in the room, the chair and ottoman was busted and had a hole in it. One of the beds have a hole in the comforter like a huge hole. The floor was filthy. It was like they came in and just repainted over everything. It was so gross. The elevator did not work.

Liked: Being close to Dallas Love Field was our main priority, and it was.
Disliked: There was a homeless man out front the entire stay begging us for things every time when went in or came out, the property should really do something about that, he was literally at the front doors, only entrance to the hotel.
