Liked: The room was clean and very comfortable.
Disliked: Not that anything was bad per se, just wish it was closer to The Potters House, in which we were there to attend.

The help should at least...

Liked: Check in desk very friendly & helpful
Disliked: The room maids didn’t speak English. They didn’t dump my garbage or give fresh towels.

You get what you pay...

Liked: Staff was friendly and pleasant. Main bed was comfortable. Amenities worked. Pool was awesome, perfect temperature and clean.
Disliked: The shower head wouldn't stay still. Rotating in its holder and the holder itself slid down constantly. Soaked the bathroom every night trying to shower. Pull out bed was uncomfortable and not made. Had to ask for linens and make it myself, could only get 1 pillow for it. Couch cushions were ripped, corner lamp didn't work, bedside socket was pulled out of the wall on one side.
