Enjoyed stay. Went to Burl's Creek to see The Hip. $38 cab ride to venue - would have appreciated a shuttle or a much lower rate for a taxi!

Liked: Friendly staff; excellent location.
Disliked: Smoking room "block" was very smelly.

Liked: Nothing. Pictures online are very deceiving. No upgrades and had an odour. Very outdated and not clean.

Very good stay!

Liked: Second floor with access without stairs. Very friendly staff. Conveniently located, close to restaurants.

No more this hotel!

Liked: Location
Disliked: Doors are not sound barrier. You can hear everything what perplexes do next doors or in hallways.Window glass is dirty. Bathroom curtain rot is loose.Baseboards are finished like some body just patch with concrete. Looks disgusting.Bed blanket was with blood. Have to cover to make possible to sleep.Heating is so old that you have to play to figure out how this can work. Electrical box is covered with metal. Not save, hast to be with plastic cover.
