Enjoyed stay. Went to Burl's Creek to see The Hip. $38 cab ride to venue - would have appreciated a shuttle or a much lower rate for a taxi!

It’s an older hotel but...

Liked: Our room was recently renovated, therefore clean , comfortable and modern. Breakfast was also very good. There were very few people staying at the hotel on Easter Monday. Tim Hortons was just steps away along with other restaurants.
Disliked: The building itself showed signs of aging.

Liked: The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was tasty and fulfilling. The Front Desk staff was really helpful. We enjoyed the stay and will come back for sure.
Disliked: Kindly install smart TVs or Amazon Fire Stick, this will make the stay more cheerful.

Disliked: 1. The room was not cleaned properly (crumbs in the desk chair, hair in the sink and on the toilet, burned stain on the sheets)2. The sink doesn’t properly drain3. Both mirrors (in bathroom and actually room has smears and needed some major windex)4. Hallway had food and crumbs on the carpet (needs a good vacuum)5. Fingerprints all over the stairwell doors (could use some windex and a good wipe down)
