Staff and room did not...
Liked: Nice location. Pool looked nice. Gym nice.
Disliked: Staff weren’t very friendly and looked bothered when people requested something missing in the breakfast area, which was essentially everything. Room cards kept deactivating so we had to keep getting new ones (4 times). Stains on sheets. Fridge wasn’t working (warm inside).

A couple of mishaps. Good...
Liked: Breakfast was AWESOME. Hot and fresh. Beds were super comfy.
Disliked: Had some trouble with keys working when we first arrived, and then there was a mix up that resulted in a strange family opening our room with a key because they were also assigned that room. It also smelled of cigarettes in our non-smoking room.

Never Again!
Liked: The front desk staff was Wonderful. The location was perfect. It was clean!
Disliked: We ask about pool being open. Basically was told the maintenance did not want to open because they would have to clean it at the end of the day. We stayed there because of the indoor pool. Breakfast was horrible, except the waffle. The tv wouldn't work. Kept changing the inputs on its on every ten minutes. The a/c sucked and the room was hot all night long.
