Comfort Inn Pentagon City

I would stay there again. The personnel was friendly and accommodating; the rooms were clean; the bed was comfortable.

Was clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable and continental breakfast was good. Great location close to the Birchmere.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Slightly difficult to get to - have to go through parking lot of Hampton Inn to get to Comfort Inn. I agree with the other reviews - the elevator was scary and the building could use some upgrades.

Disliked: The staff was not helpful, the policy of the property didn’t allow leaving the luggage after check out for few hours till the gust flight time. This was made like a surprise for the guests as no mention at all about this policy at the website. Even other branches from the same hotel chain didn’t have this policy. I paid extra night for my stay just to leave my bag few hours before my flight departure time.

Liked: The location of the hotel was very good, in terms of distance to the place of work, it didn't waste much time for us! Excellent parking lot and also excellent breakfast! I like that very much!
Disliked: There were not enough hygienist the bathroom, such as shampoo and toothpaste. There was also no water bottle to make coffee!My wife need more blanket, because room was still cold after turn off A/C!

Liked: Loved that there was free breakfast every morning! Also, not too far from the bus stop! Wish they still did a shuttle to the metro!
