Not what I expected

Liked: Location was great!
Disliked: The room was supposed to be a suite and was very small as well as the bathroom which I expected to be a walkin shower and it was not! The plumbing is bad, the toilet wasn't flushing properly, sink and tub was holding water when faucet was on. Hair was on walls, and the carpet was disgustingly not clean either. We had room serviced 1x and I asked specifically for the room to be vacuumed and the bathroom to be swept n mopped because pile of hair that was behind the bathroom door and we come back later in the day and it was still trash on our floor that was their when we checked in! It was Hair on bedding, and towels. There was a coffee maker with coffee packs already opened as well and it was also sitting on counter in the bathroom which was odd and disgusting that they expected us to make coffee in the bathroom area???. I was disappointed. The breakfast was waste of time!
