Liked: The location is great and the area is very nice with many things to do. The staff that we saw was friendly enough.
Disliked: Nothing in this hotel works. As you'll see in every review before this, the elevator is not in working order. There were no ice machines and the one water fountain was also broken. Our room was fine, other than having patches on the wall that weren't painted over. I didn't even try the breakfast since everything else was disappointing.

Liked: Breakfast was great and staff was very welcoming and friendly. The bed sheets were very soft and clean.
Disliked: The elevator wasn't working, but we were only on the second floor so it wasn't a big deal. The towels were rough.

Liked: The worker Jack and Ashley were outstanding along with Juan.
Disliked: Nothing
