Quiet and relaxed feeling

Liked: It was clean, parking was convenient, the pool was nice. The breakfast had waffle makers, which the children liked. Restaurants and grocery store nearby and the area was very quiet.
Disliked: It’s a bit outdated, but clean. The reception staff on our first day wasn’t exactly rude, but not very welcoming. I would expect the person at the reception to greet us and let us know they’re available to help us with the check-in. The gentleman on the day of our check-out was super nice though and offered the children a popsicle for the road. Other staff at the breakfast buffet were also friendly, so it might have just been a one-off.

Liked: It was extremely close to Hershey Park, and all of the staff were kind.
Disliked: The eggs at breakfast weren’t good and the room was like a 6/10 on cleanliness.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast service offered a variety of choices.
Disliked: The heat wasn't on in the room when we checked in. It was a bit chilly but warmed up quickly.

Liked: The free coffee and the staff
Disliked: The rooms were dark, we discovered roach eggs, the bathroom didnt flush and the pool wasnt heated but rather the room was although we speciffically asked if the pool was heated before coming.

Awesome property great value

Liked: The staff were beyond nice, very welcoming and helpful with any questions. Breakfast was good and always clean and filled. My daughter didn’t end up feeling well during the night and got sick and the staff were very understanding and helpful with us. The location was great too!
Disliked: I really don’t have any negatives possibly just it was an older bathroom and the toilet seat could have used a change.
