Comfort Inn Airport West

Will stay again and recommend to friends. They have a good menu selection at the restaurant; the food is really good. People working are really nice

Liked: All good; clean and comfy.
Disliked: Nothing.

Checked in early, rooms were ready. Very comfortable beds. Ironing board and iron easily available. Left behind something and the staff found it and are returning it. Front desk very nice and helpful. Would absolutely return to this hotel and use this chain. Very reasonable rates too!

Fine for one night if...

Liked: The free airport shuttle is a nice extra and the main reason that I booked this hotel. But I couldn't find anywhere where it states that you need to call the hotel to arrange a pickup when you arrive to the airport, This should be clearly communicated when booking. Also the 24 hour shuttle only departs from the hotel every hour, on the hour - so plan accordingly.The room is spacious and clean though basic.
Disliked: Unfortunately, a crying baby woke me multiple times in the early morning. Not the fault of the hotel but good to note if you are a light sleeper like I am.Communication regarding the shuttle service could be improved.During check-in, I signed up for the loyalty program as I was told I was 'missing out on points'. What isn't as boldly communicated are the exclusions - which made me ineligible for any points. Had I known this I wouldn't have registered.

Convenient if you don’t mind...

Liked: Close to the airport . Shuttle drop off at airport driver was excellent. Went the extra mile. Like night and day from the pick up driver.
Disliked: The shuttle only ran once an hour so a long wait for it and then had to go earlier than wanted. Pick up driver didn’t help with baggage or open or close doors.

Liked: This place was just right for a place to stay close to the airport with a shuttle service . I am glad there was a lighter blanket in a drawer, as I find hotel duvets too heavy. I liked having lots of pillows.
Disliked: The elevator was small and only one. Long halls.

Disliked: The free shuttle bus service is disappointing. It is not clear of the schedule and not enough instruction for new comers to the airport regarding where and when to wait for the bus.
