Glad I didn't see Google (map) ratings for this or I would have been second guessing. Honestly, best place I have ever stayed at, the part of town is not in the slums. Orange taxis are always available despite it being Rock on the Range weekend. They were friendly - cheaper then a DUI/OVI I guess. Will make this my choice to stay any time we go to Columbus and have a good time. A McDonald's, Wendy's & Donatos Pizza in walking range. Ice is widely available to keep whatever is in the cooler, cold. If you have movie's on your phone don't forget the cable - they make it easy to connect it to the TV. They might have had one (mini HDMI) in the bag. I use a mini HDMI with USB to reg size. They did have pool and pretty sure a hot tub - didn't use but walked past a few time. You don't have to walk real far if you park anyway - just use your key card to get in from the back. The reason I'm going into detail is I spent a lot of time going over reviews when I wanted to choose a place to stay. I don't want to stay in another bad place ever. Not worth going cheap on.

Liked: Clean; friendly; loved the stay - would recommend!
Disliked: Can not think of anything (nit-pick: coffee maker in bathroom sealed up, and no fridge).

Expensive stay due to truck...

Disliked: Broken glass window in my truck and many others has been happening for years I suspect it’s an inside job

Disliked: This day was horrible the hotel was dirty and dark and gloomy and they overcharged me twice for a room and I still haven't received a refund.

Liked: Overbooked gave rooms away

Disliked: I was charged for a security deposit and did you get the money back when I left on the security deposit

Great location - Nice Staff

Liked: The location was only a $12 Uber ride from downtown. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: I was happy overall. The only negatives that I would mention are:- We arrived early because of our travel and we were told that we had to wait right up until 3 to check in. We sat in the lobby for at least an hour before 3. I can't imagine that our room wasn't ready that late. But they were very strict about that time.- My bed collapsed after getting in and out of it about 4 times. (I'm 58 yrs old and was with my kids...nothing was happening that would break a bed)Again...I had a very good stay.

Pleasant

Liked: If you pay extra to be given access to the lounge, it's nice to have a variety of snack options, a comfortable place to sit, and catch up.
Disliked: $10 a day to park. Slow elevator. Rooms are at the BACK of the hotel feel like your in a maze to get to where the rooms are. Had to have maintenance up twice to fix the AC. 1st day with lots of luggage, elevator was shut down because of a fire, had to make 3 trips up 12 flights of stairs.
