DIRTY ROOMS AND RUDE PEOPLE

Liked: There is nothing to like at this place. They need to be reported to Better Business Bureau for very poor customer service and unsanitary accommodation.
Disliked: VERY DIRTY

Absolutely terrible

Disliked: Rooms filthy, blood on floor, walls ànd sheets. Room was not fully cleaned from last tenant. Toilet was dirty bathtub still had used soap. Sheets filled with burn holes. Lady who checked me in was rude. Pushed dresser up against door cause lock to room was damaged. Someone did just walk into our room.

Liked: It was a friendly staff room was better then the one we originally got !
Disliked: But water was cold and it smelt strong cigarettes smell. Heat did not work and guy yelling in parking lot!

Disliked: I didn't even end up staying the night, just took the loss in $$.Awful experience all the way around.

Disliked: Bad service. Has many bugs and insects. No outlet covers. Toilet need to be change.

Liked: Not fot for use disgusting druggies begging for money n cigarettes upon arrival.. felt very unsafe..used internet to book another hotel.. i was refunded some of my money charged for 1 night should be full refund and im shocked this place is on your platform

Bed bugs, disgusting, trash everywhere,...

Liked: Nothing. The office reeked of bleach with all the windows closed.
Disliked: We pulled up to find all of the beds and furniture stacked in the parking lot. Sure seems like bed bugs to me! And the room they tried to give us reeked of cigarettes. As did the other 2 they showed us. The staff were scrambling and pouring bleach into mop buckets and quickly mopping all of the rooms. More people were scrambling to install portable air conditioner units. We left, and asked for a refund, which we are waiting for from Booking.com.
