Liked: My family enjoyed the breakfast, the open congregating area was super comfortable and perfect for parents that have put the kids to bed and can just sit right outside their room for conversation or a game. The evening/overnight staff were very kind, as were the cleaning staff, The hotel was clean and well-kept. The hot tub and pool were a nice size. The pool area was warm, which was great for the kiddos when they got out of the pool.
Disliked: For those with kids, just a heads up to lather them with lotion after swimming. In the evening, our girls complained that their skin hurt and it was red. We had seen the pool being treated in the morning so I'm guessing it was just too strong for them. The adults didn't have any issues and the kids were fine the next day after using thick lotion.

Wonderful place to stay!!!

Liked: Front desk and manager on duty when I checked in went above and beyond to accommodate my request in regard to room location! Best customer service I've ever had, hands down! Room was immaculately clean and so comfortable, loved the recliner to relax in! Breakfast buffet was great, lots of choices and the attendant kept everything clean and filled. I'll be back!
Disliked: Nothing, no complaints at all!!
