It was not good

Liked: Location , pool and tiki bar
Disliked: Toilet broke in room, jacuzzi sprayed all over floor in room , when you get there at check-in send you get hotel arm band ....long sales pitch buy timeshare ...lady was pushy and rude . I walked out . Other visitors said same to us in broke hot tub ...was cold by pool.. a daiquiri was 13.00 but you decide. I complained too manager . You see if anything changed .

Our third time at Sea...

Liked: Activities are great, pool was really comfortably heated for March, and we love the gardens and lighting around them. This was our first time in a 2-bedroom unit, and it was really comfortable. Staff was welcoming and helpful at check-in, even though it was almost midnight.
Disliked: The lights in both the bathrooms in our unit were a little sketchy. They are recessed lights and flickers and made noise when they came on, and continued to flicker. Didn’t feel super safe.

Location and pools are nice.

Liked: Outdoor spaces were very nice.
Disliked: carpet should be deepreplaced in the unit we stayed in.

Liked: I like the fact that it's on the beach
Disliked: I requested a Beachside room and I was told over the phone that the room I requested was the same as the beach side. It wasn't. The 1st lady that checked me in. Her last name was Everett told me they had no rooms located on the beach side. I was told I had to wait an hour after check-in time. So I asked for another room and she claimed she couldn't give it to me. After still waiting finally I was given another room. I was not oaky with the room as I didn't think the location of the room as well as inside the room was worth what I paid. So I paid more to relocated on the beach side, another girl assisted me. I forgot her name she was very sweet. Later in that room I had to relocated again for reason I will not discuss until I contact corporate. The Manager Jerricka I believe, changed my room and gave me some coupons. But that stay was different than any of my stays there. Don't really know if I would stay there again...

Nice location.

Liked: Clean warm pool. Nice tiki bar. Entertainment.
Disliked: Pushy staff for timeshare presentation. They badger you to attend. SKIP IT.
