Liked: I liked the location and all the amenities in the apartment
Disliked: No lift so we had to carry our suitcases up two flights of stairs. Also the apartment was very dark weigh very little natural light

Disliked: The day of check in I got a message saying our apartment 2 bedroom was down graded to 2 one bedrooms due to overbooking but I booked over a month ago.we came with family so I was highly upset but they did put us beside each other with a shared balcony. They also made me pay deposit on 2 rooms that I get back in 5 days but I reserved one apartment not my fault y'all over booked yourselves. Also I booked with affirm so it was paid in full but lady at the desk said they only got half .I showed my confirmation to her to prove so she didn't make me pay that at checkin.But, after we checked out they took it off my card. My family really loves this resort but we are thinking of finding somewhere else from now on when we go to Williamsburg. I'm really disappointed with all this

Liked: The maintenance man was phenomenal we had a problem, he came a fixed it faster than anybody I've encountered
Disliked: Not enough balcony space or privacy really
