Liked: Amazing room. The two bedroom suite made my daughter's trip. Lots of space and great view from upstairs.

Fantastic location with everything you...

Liked: Location was absolutely fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was accomodating.
Disliked: My two main gripes were:1. Half of the room felt a bit dark, as it was far from the window. There were lights available but they did not illuminate enough.2. The wifi was pretty bad. When it connected it worked fine, but it would often disconnect without any reason.

Disliked: Ran out of TP in our room. Luckily, housekeeping staff were in next room and were happy to hook us up.

Beautiful family friendly hotel in...

Liked: The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious. The location couldn't be beat.
Disliked: Trying to get a hold of someone at the front desk took awhile. I tried to ask for a late checkout on Sunday and no one answered the phones when I called three times. I followed up with a text to the number provided for reception and it took almost an hour for a response.

Liked: The location was perfect and they upgraded my family and I to a suite which was perfect for my little ones
Disliked: There’s not restaurant or breakfast place. I’m assuming it’s because they’re under construction.

Not worth the price or...

Liked: The view was really pretty. the bed was really comfortable. The kitchen was well appropriated. The toiletries were high-end.
Disliked: The location was inconvenient, as all of the facilities were located in the building across the street. Also, we wanted to try to watch the sunrise from the rooftop, but the hours that it was open, did not include sunrise hour. After we checked out, I was charged four times for the same amount. When call to try to straighten it out, I had to speak to multiple people, and was basically told we made a mistake, sorry. Very disappointing. We will not stay there again.
