Disappointing allover

Liked: Bed was very comfy.After we changed rooms we had a very nice balcony.Th erom was very spacious and had a nice interior.
Disliked: We had to change rooms the first night because of the noise of the boiler system which went on and on.We got another room but no help with our luggage.The next day they refused our key and the room was not serviced. The way the staff reacted was below any expectation.The breakfast was looking very gloomy (lightning) and if you like a healthy breakfast you should go some where else.

Liked: Bed was very nice, room was clean and big and modern. The breakfast was a good.
Disliked: The dinner menu could have been better.
