Decent hotel. Good rate. We had breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel, and it was good.

Liked: Clean. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Pillows were hard. Multiple pillows on bed, yet all were uncomfortable.

Very clean; great food; staff went above and beyond any of our expectations. Highly recommend this Holiday Inn.

Liked: Staff was so accommodating.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: I did a Booking.com.. I thought I booked a single bed.. I was given a twin bed.. the Office Desk Clerk was wonderful and she changed my room without any hesitation, questions. She was Fantastic.. a Great Asset to Your Property & corporation.I did not do Breakfast there.
Disliked: The WiFi, was slow and kept going in & out.. No guide on TV to see what was happening.. Woke up in the middle of the night to the HEAVY smell of marijuana..in which I was Very Upset!

Liked: The location was not as convenient to amenities that I would have preferred, but the price outweighed that.
Disliked: Honestly, the only thing that was a downside, was just that the vending machines were not all working, and there weren't a lot of places right around the hotel to go to instead.

Liked: No free breakfast was included with the reservation like most hotels/ motels offer
Disliked: When I made my reservation there was no option available to choose a discount on the room. The hotel was offering a discount for the Arnot-Ogden nurses alumni but there was NO way to select it or any other discount like AARP or Military discount and no phone number listed to call the hotel to speak to the manager to get a discount for which I was entitled to. I am an Arnot graduate class 1965.The desk attendant tried to give me a discount but was unable to get assistance from her manager. I feel this booking process was very unacceptable and I will not use it again.

Liked: Staff was so pleasant and welcoming. Pool was exceptionally cared for . Restraurant and front desk personnel very accommodating and friendly.
Disliked: Fullsize beds too small for adults.

Liked: The pool was as it should be, kinda feel like they should have some type of safety gear for younger children for the pool or suggest folks bring there own. Also it states breakfast this is not true. Also says eco housekeeping every 3days also not true I didn't have housekeeping come by not even once. Put out dirty linen expect to get clean back NOPE nothing. The window had a huge crack all the way thru with clear tape on it I had babies 3and under not good. In the bathroom there was wall paper peeling by the tub and appeared to be black mold growing there were what looked like ashes on the bed spread we brought our own blankets and sheets and vacuum and toilet paper well just bring what u need on a regular basis all the way down to cleaning supplies also the wifi didn't work at all very limited tv channels and the key cards suck you have to retry anywhere from 5 to 10times before it will let you in having babies this was very inconvenient for us. Very disappointed I must say :/ also a day after I left they attempted to charge my card I provided for the $150 deposit another $150 thankfully my card is always locked. Smh also never got my refund even though there were no damages there was also a huge crack in the shower wall.
