Liked: Surprisingly, it was only 10-15mins from everything we wanted to do (main TN attractions). The free breakfast is where you get your bang for your buck.
Disliked: Room didn't have any views (no mountain or water), but you get what you pay for... and I'd still use them again

Excellent option at a good...

Liked: Very comfortable and clean room. WiFi worked without any issues. No extra charge for pets. Acceptable breakfast. Very good treatment from the staff. Convenient price. Comfortable beds and sufficient pillows.
Disliked: The access to the hotel is somewhat complicated as it is located on a busy street with a steep and narrow incline.The appearance of the hallways gives the impression of dirtiness.

Exceeded expectations for the price

Liked: Exceeded expectations, especially for the price. It was a late night, last minute booking I made after driving for 12 hours and was a bit nervous however when I got there it was super clean the staff was very friendly and accommodating and not to mention the beautiful view of the mountains while tucked away in a little part of town. I will be back to check out this town.
Disliked: The only comment I could make as far as a downside would be parking It was very hard to find a spot and all parking was on a steep hill.

Disliked: Old and needs updating. Too pricey for the room.
