Liked: The staff was WONDERFUL! Mary, Emma, and Sylvia went above the call of duty for me. So helpful and kind. Breakfast was great and the pool was the best!
Disliked: all good.

Liked: The staff was nice.
Disliked: The room was filthy, I found food, like whole oreos, on the floor. It was not vacuumed, tub was okay, soap was used and opened, just generally dirty but no bugs.

Disappointing and not clean

Liked: The staff were very nice at check-in and check-out, and there is plenty of parking. The area is peaceful and close to a lot of food and gas places.
Disliked: There is no elevator to the second floor, so I had to carry my very heavy bag upstairs. It is what it is, just FYI. The room wasn’t well cleaned, and there was trash in the trash can when I got to the room. The hallways are a bit dirty too. For example, during my 2 day stay, the same blue spoon was on the floor of the hallway. No staff cared to clean that up. The beds are really soft and uncomfortable… bouncy.There was someone’s hair on the mini bottles of shampoo they have in the bathroom. The ornamental sheets on the box spring had a lot of stains, i don’t know from what. Overall I didn’t expect this place to be as bad as it was for the rating it has here on booking. The price was also outrageous for the quality of the hotel and the lack of cleanliness.10/10 will never stay again
