Liked: Good location and usual citizen m standard
Disliked: The staff here were just too casual and uninterested. I have stayed at New York and London citizen M and they are great hotels. But this one while it has all the usual facilities and standards the staff were not the best. The room clean was below average and was still dusty and empty glasses and cups left
