Decent stay in Cheltenham

Liked: The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the food we had in the evening was good.
Disliked: Breakfast was not great, the hash browns were overcooked and the eggs were similar.

Excellent location and service

Liked: Great location, near the Gloucestershire Airport and Gloucester. Lovely staff,always ready to help.
Disliked: The king-size bed was 2 singles connected and the mattresses kept coming apart. There was a massive stain on our carpet.

Rubbish

Liked: Standard hotel, nothing special. Bad customer care.
Disliked: Had to check out early (1st day of a 6 day trip) was told when leaving id be able to receive a refund, I just had to contact booking.com. Rang booking.com to organise, was told that I needed confirmation from hotel. So rang hotel and was told they would not refund me. Incredibly frustrating. Will not be staying with them again.

Horrible

Disliked: The breakfast was very poor. Had to wait 15mins for eggs on the buffet stand. No bread to toast , no cups for coffee, had to ask staff a few times to clean tables. Second night went elsewhere for breakfast. In the mornings had no water for showers and when complained they told me the reason was probably everyone was having a shower at the same time. Also our room was not cleaned and was not made. They took the dirty towels away and replaced them with one single bath towel for two people. This has to be the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Awaiting for your response.

No AC and a bit...

Liked: Room was warm and requested further two fans as no AC provided during our stay. We would have preferred a double bed than two single beds joined. Breakfast was fine. The staff was very nice and helpful especially Sanjana who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. Thank you
Disliked: No AC and hotel needs updating
