The Centennial Hotel Spokane, Spokane

Very disappointed to pay $150 plus a $9 parking fee for the bottom of the barrrel room. 2/5 - would not recommend.

Liked: Polite costumer service.
Disliked: Hidden fees.

Liked: Very nice room and the free shuttle to the Spokane Arena.
Disliked: Paying for parking. Having to use your room card to get out of the parking lot.

Liked: Nice room and had an awesome view! Well worth the $$.
Disliked: Having to pay for parking.

Passable

Liked: The location
Disliked: They charge a resort fee but the pool wasnt open. It used to include a food credit but it doesnt anymore. So you are basically paying $20 a day for wifi. Most hotels include wifi. You also have to pay $15 a day to park. Lots of hidden fees.

Exceptional

Liked: The location is central to so much of Spokane. The room was spacious.
Disliked: Parking was a hassle. The only pool is seasonal.

Liked: Location is great and rooms are always lovelymb
Disliked: The new food credit/daily amenities charges are not great. When asked if a credit would be given if the amenities were not used, inwas told no. So we made sure to use them up!

Booking.com is not the hotel’s...

Disliked: I booked one night with booking.com. I was going to March madness and the game time changed so I had to change my accommodations to the night before my reservation. Booking.com charged me double the rack rate and refused to cancel or refund any portion of my pre paid sum of 680

Great location and hotel.

Liked: Great location....went to a concert and it was only a 10 minute walk to the arena.
Disliked: The price of the stay

Liked: The location is excellent.
Disliked: Thought hotel should have offered more for the money paid. The room and bathroom were nice, but nowhere to sit other than the bed. The restaurant and snack bar were closed a good percentage of the time. Fee for bikes and shuttle; they weren't available.

Needs better sound proofing between...

Liked: The property was clean and maintained.
Disliked: We could hear the people in the room next to us talking loudly for several hours from late night to early morning. At first we thought it was their TV but realized it was their conversations. And we were by the elevator which the hallway traffic was unusually loud and disturbing into the late night.
