Very disappointed to pay $150 plus a $9 parking fee for the bottom of the barrrel room. 2/5 - would not recommend.

Disliked: Hidden fees.

Liked: Very nice room and the free shuttle to the Spokane Arena.
Disliked: Paying for parking. Having to use your room card to get out of the parking lot.

Liked: Nice room and had an awesome view! Well worth the $$.

Liked: The towels were nice and big.
Disliked: There was a 10 minute wait for a luggage cart so we had to carry our own luggage as we were headed to a conference.Also, our room wasn't ready at 4 pm, and wasn't going to be ready for 1/2 hour, so we had to take another room as we were going to be late for our conference otherwise.

Liked: Rooms were right next to the pool and with a joint room for the kids next door WAS IDEAL!
Disliked: The staff at checkin was very rude. We were two hours early for checkin. With a one year old we were not able to just go stay busy somewhere. They weren't very nice about it. Needless to say we waited for two hours in the lobby with a unhappy one year old.
