The Centennial Hotel Spokane

Very disappointed to pay $150 plus a $9 parking fee for the bottom of the barrrel room. 2/5 - would not recommend.

Liked: Polite costumer service.
Disliked: Hidden fees.

Liked: Very nice room and the free shuttle to the Spokane Arena.
Disliked: Paying for parking. Having to use your room card to get out of the parking lot.

Liked: Nice room and had an awesome view! Well worth the $$.
Disliked: Having to pay for parking.

Liked: Walking distance to the Arena.
Disliked: When we got back from the arena we were hungry and ate at the hotel restaurant. The manager only left one person to wait tables and attend the bar. The young man was acceptional and handled it awesome but knowing management should have known better and had at least three people

Liked: The rooms are really clean and staff is helpful.
Disliked: I did have an incident with some staff that were standing outside of the elevator and it appeared as if they were getting on it so when the door opened I asked them if they needed to get on that could wait for the next one and they both just stared at me. It made me uncomfortable and neither of them answered me so i just got on the elevator. But in general the staff are great and work hard.

Disliked: I WAS IN A LOWER ROOM I WANTED A ROOM WITH A BALCONY AND HIGH UP

Disappointing

Liked: Loved the location to downtown and the walking trail that lead to downtown. The beds were comfy.
Disliked: We were rudely woken up by a scammer phone call twice in the morning and then a dog was barking around 10pm that night. It was a rude awaking too to have a dog barking constantly in the morning as well.
