Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: Just so you know, this has to be the WORST hotel / AirBnB experience I’ve ever had. I went through booking.com to book a HOTEL and not an AirBnB. There was:No Hand SoapNo LotionNo Room ServiceNo Cleaning ServiceThe towels and bathroom smelled dirty. There was mold in the shower. I requested 2 beds and this whole time I was lead to believe that there were 2 bed options and the truth of the matter is there was never a 2 bed option. I expressed my frustration with the actual hotel Aqua Palms and they said I can cancel and try to book a room with them. But they only had 2 days open. I wanted a hotel experience and I ended up staying at someone’s personal unit where I had to do things I didn’t want to do on vacation. I had zero interest to go on vacation and have to take the trash out.

For the amount of money...

Liked: Location was good room as it was close to my mother in law’s apartment
Disliked: The room was not as clean as I would expect it and the bed was very uncomfortable. I kept rolling into the middle of the bed that’s how bad it was. We did not know we were booking a Airbnb and it took us three days to talk to the host and it was is chasing them down to provide us towels for our room. They had only given us one hand towel 3 bath towels and no face clothes. No dresser to put clothes so we lived out of our suitcases for 10 days. So I will not book with castle vacations again. The cleaning fees are ridiculous for what we got. I highly recommend paying a bit more to get hotel service.
