I loved the Nylo Dallas. If you are an artist, or love 'out-of-the-box' milieu, please stay there. It's like staying at an artist's home, who has imagination. No cookie-cutter/chain design. This place was authentic artistry with colourful lighting. I loved it. Service was excellent.

Liked: I loved the design, the 'chill' artistic atmosphere, the colour; I loved the dress code policy!
Disliked: Nothing!

We loved NYLO. The rooms were great, and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the venue. The food at the hotel bar/bistro was excellent, and the rooftop infinity pool was gorgeous, as was the view of the skyline at night. I would definitely stay at this place again and highly recommend it to others.

Liked: View; location; decor; friendly staff; FOOD!
Disliked: A little noisy; rooms could use more sound proofing.

Liked: The outside look of the building, the lobby and restaurant design, the spacious room
Disliked: The staff was not particularly friendly, the shower was very slippery and dangerous, the design of the corridors up on the different floors, the super high price (not good value for money), the neighborhood did not look so safe

Exceptional

Liked: Our room was so nice. The beds were ridiculously comfortable. And the rooftop bar/swimming pool area was wonderful.
Disliked: Extremely low water pressure in the shower. The pool closes at dusk.

Liked: The rooftop pool, but the water was too cold
Disliked: We aren't sure who paid our bill and we suspect they got paid twice. We called and emailed them to find out what really happened and they won't respond.

Exceptional

It was great…until it wasn’t.

Liked: The rooms, the view, the cleanliness were all fantastic; however, the noise levels—especially after 10pm— were ridiculous. Loud parties in rooms where the noise drifted through the air vents, drunk and crying sorority girls in the hallway, loud mufflers outside, constant chirping of birds and the deep bass of speakers were detrimental to our stay. We slept miserably, even with the provided sound machine on full blast. Because of this, we will not be back.
